Really good Service and Modern Design

I found the team helpful, from reception to the restaurant. Angelica in the restaurant were great too assist me. The indoor pool allowed for relaxation after a day of exploring. My upgraded room was great. I appreciated the request to add a mattress topper for extra comfort.
The hotel's location, while convenient for travel, does have a slightly unkempt surrounding area, specifically some litter along the coast.

The hotel is situated in a perfect location to easily travel around the island. The bus stops are very close and offer easy access to various points. Distances to key attractions, such as Valletta, are approximately one hour away by car.

The staff in all areas including the bar and reception were amazing. Mickey at the reception was especially friendly and kind, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel also provides attentive service and addresses guests in a professional manner..

The rooms are modern with a stylish design and great views. My room had a lovely balcony offering a great sea view. Daily cleaning services ensured that all areas were immaculate and well-kept.

The room maintenance was not up to par. I found dust on the sockets and table corners. a towel hanger in the shower was loose. the breakfast, available until 10:00, was not replenished with vegetables and sweets after 09:00. this affected the overall quality of my stay.

the room was big and well equipped. the view from the room was amazing and relaxing.
the room wasn't clean at all. my phone accidentally went under the bed. it seemed like the floor underneath wasn't cleaned for months. the building itself was dirty and damaged.

I thought the hotel was beautiful, clean, and well kept. the staff in the bar were fantastic!!! the food was perfect at every meal. I ate there most of the time. the pictures show a great representation of the hotel. It wasn't misleading at all. buses are regular and cheap, traffic is a little difficult, and downloading the bolt app helps to get around easily.
the hotel is next to a somewhat busy road, but it wasn't a big issue.

I enjoyed both pools and the private beach area. The views were beautiful for swimming. Breakfast was amazing (especially the fresh pastries). Ravin at the pool bar provided excellent service. The rooftop infinity pool was fine. I really enjoyed my time spent there.
The gym was a bit small with limited equipment.
